The coaches
I started my career as HR expert focusing on people development within a renownend company in Germany. I decided to quit that job to pursue my passion and consulted various companies on their HR strategies, focusing mostly on recruiting and employee development. I gained my coaching certificate in 2020 and have ever since, consulted 100+ clients successfully.
I studied psychology and very early discovered my passion for HR. After working as recruiter for various years in a well known company in Germany, I decided to pursue my passion and founded CareerBee in 2021. Ever since I have consulted 100+ coachees from all over the world and feel super happy about all the successful career changes I have seen happening.
